The Sleeper Layer SL800 is used for placement of concrete sleepers. Designed to utilize standard couplings on heavy excavators. This model handles 8 ties. We also have a SL400 which handles 6 ties.
The Sleeper Layer is fully rotatable and tiltable, allowing perfect sleeper placement regardless of the position or level of the attachment-bearing equipment.
Up to eight adjacent sleepers can be laid simultaneously from an accompanying supply. Lifted into position, their correct placement is ensured by a precision gauging system that spreads the sleepers to desired distance.
The Sleeper Layer SL800 is thoroughly tested and approved.

The High Output Fast Clipping machine is a self-propelled rail-fastening machine for the Pandrol Fastclip. It can be modified for other fasting systems. It has a computer-controlled system (PLC) and an off tracking system that enables it to "walk" on and off the track. an electrical backup hydraulic system enables the machine to off-track in the event of engine failure. It has built-in guiding rollers to ensure centring position on rail.
